ZMC RS-8XX 4" Fascia Brackets for Rollease 4" Fascia and Somfy ST50/LT50 Series Motors

The ZMC RS-8XX is a fascia bracket for use with the 4" Rollease RFP4 fascia. The fascia bracket holds the fascia panel in place and also holds the shade in place. The RS-800 series brackets allow Somfy 50 series motorized shades with a 10mm idler* to be used with the Rollease 4" RFP4 fascia. The ZMC RS-8XX series brackets feature a leveling screw and a sealed ball bearings for the idler end. The leveling screw allows the shade to be easily leveled post installation. The idler end fascia bracket bearing provides smoother and quieter operation of the Somfy motorized shade. The ZMC motor bracket features a through hole design that allows the motor to sit deeper into the bracket which provides for smaller light gaps. Another improvement over the Rollease fascia brackets is the use of a much more attactive end cap for outside mount installations. The optional end cap simply snaps in place.

* Note: The Somfy 10mm ilders require the ZMC RS-042 spacer to prevent the idler shaft from protruding through the other side of the idler end fascia bracket. The Somfy 9420800 idler requires both the spacer and also needs to be additionally shortened by cutting or grinding. The spacer is needed for the 9420800 eventhough you have to cut the shaft because the hex portion of the idler shaft will contact the bearing bore. Please see the included photos.
