While flaws are rare, we must inform you that flaws may be present. Flaws are a natural occurrence in the fabrication of shade material and we can not guarantee flaw free material except as outlined below. We do not sell seconds or known flawed materials. The material is supplied by Phifer and as such passes Phifer's inspection.

Material should be inspected for flaws before cutting. We do not replace whole rolls of material unless the whole roll is flawed throughout. Flaw claims must be supported with a close-up picture and a wide picture showing the area affected. Flawed material may need to be returned.

Flaws/defects are not to be confused with shipping damage. Shipping damage and flaws must be reported immediately before cutting material. Shipping damage must be reported within 1 business day of delivery so please do not wait to inspect the package.

Flaw Allowances
Orders of Up to 4 Yards = No Defects
Orders of 4+ to 9 Yards = up to 1 Defect
Orders of 9+ to 15 Yards = up to 2 Defects
Orders of 15+ to 25 Yards = up to 3 Defects
Orders of 25+ to Full Roll = up to 4 Defects

Shade material typically ships within 3 business days. At this time we do not accept rush orders and only offer ground shipping.

What is a linear yard? A linear yard is 36" (3 Feet) at the roll width of the material. If the roll width is 98", the linear yard will be 36" x 98".
