Description
The ZMC RS-884 Ultra Universal Idler is used opposite the motor and can be used for a variety of tube sizes. The RS-884 Idler features a spring loaded and retractable 10mm shaft that allows for easier installation of the shade assembly within the mounted brackets. The idler pin completely retracts into its body and stays in until released with the wheel. This allows the motor end to be installed into the brackets first and then the idler end can be swung into place. The rubberized drive end prevents the knocking sometimes heard with competing idlers. Use with 50mm motors and ZMC brackets to get smaller light gaps compared to Somfy's std brackets and idlers.
