Clutch/ Chain Driven Shades Include
Hemmed shade mounted on tube with Clutch, Chain with Rollease R Series Idler End Plug Installed, Rollease R Series mounting brackets, Chain Safety Hold Down and Free Standard Ground Shipping to the 48 contiguous states.
Tubes Sizes
• Shades upto 96" width use 1.5" Rollease Shade Tubes.
• Shades 96" to 120" width use 2" Rollease Shade Tubes.
• Shades 120" to 144" width use 2.5" Rollease Shade Tubes.
Brackets (Applies to shades without Fascia)
• Rollease RB360 Brackets are used on shades up 64" width using R8 Clutches and 1.5" tubes.
• Rollease RB560 Brackets are used on shades 64" to 120" width using R16 Clutches and 1.5" tubes
• Rollease RBGAL Brackets are used on shades 120" to 144" width using R16/R24 Clutches and 2"/2.5" tubes
Clutches
• Shades up to 64" width use Rollease R8 Clutches.
• Shades 64" to 120" width use Rollease R16 Clutches.
• Shades 120" to 144" width use Rollease R24 Clutches.
We can accommodate custom clutch, chain length and tube size requests.

Shade Coverings - Fascia, Valances, Cornices
Due to the possible options Fascia, Valances and Cornices are offered separately from the shades and can be purchased in our Shade Coverings page.
A couple exmples of the our offerings are listed below.
Classic IB Valance
The Classic IB shade valance provides a simple clean covering for your window treatment needs. This valance is offered in a large variety of materials so it can blend in or provide a nice textural contrast. This valance is constructed of shade material and has a hemmed pocket with an aluminum hem bar. One of the nice features of this valance is its soft nature. It can be easily moved out of the way to gain access to the window treatment behind it. The Classic IB Valance is available with a height of 5" to 8" and is offered with two different header options to suit your mounting needs. The 1" D x 3/4" H header can be used where you have adequate depth to mount the valance in front of the shade or you can choose 3 1/2"D x 3/4" H header that you would mount in the window frame before mounting the shade and then mount the shade to the header board. The valance is mounted to the header board using staples so it can be dismantled, modified and reassembled by the users to further suit their needs.
Fascia
The Rollease RFP Series aluminum fascia panel simply snaps into the fascia panel brackets for easy access to the roller shade components. The RFP series fascia panel can be used for inside or outside frame mount applications. This fascia panel covers the front and bottom to hide the shade assembly. The back and top of the fascia are left open. The use of this fascia panel forces the shade to use regular roll. Regular roll puts the shade material closest to the window. The 4" Fascia panel is our standard size offered which is compatible with our Chain & Clutch Shades, Somfy LT30, R28, ST30, ST40 and ST50 Motorized Shades.
Lead Time
The lead time for fabrication of shades is typically 7 business days. The product ships directly from our shade manufacturer to you.
Return Policy
Shades are built to customer specific requirements and as such are special order items. We can not accept returns for custom built or special order items. This does not mean we are not able to help customers post purchase. Shades ordered too wide may be returned and cut down. Shades ordered too small can not be fixed. Some components of the order might also be returnable. Please contact us if you have questions about our return policy.
Warranty
Shade Fabrication: Limited Lifetime non-transferable warranty. Covers workmanship: IE Hemming, Attachment of material to the tube etc.
Shade Material: Phifer Materials carry a 5 or 10 year limited warranty against defects depending on the particular fabric. Fading and changes in color are not warranted. Interior shade control fabrics must be used in interior applications.
Rollease Components: Rollease provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on their Clutch mechanisms and a 10 Year limited warranty on other components.All warranties stated herein are limited abbreviated warranties and consumers should check with component manufacturers for complete warranty terms. As is the case with all warranties. AV Outlet, SOMFY, Phifer, Rollease etc shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of, or the inability to use the equipment. Before using, the buyer and/or the ultimate user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and the user assumes all risks and liability in connection therewith. The consumer is responsible for returning the product for warranty servicing.
