* Fan is always on and changes speed as required to cool the power supply. The fan speed can be reduced by lowering the output voltage.

Most Mean Well Enclosed power supplies have holes on the sides and on the bottom for mounting accessories. The holes will be either M4 or M3 threads. We provide both screw sizes. In some cases you might only have 1 screw hole available for mouting the DIN Rail adapter and it might spin.
Some power supplies like the SP-480-24 do not have the slots next to the screw hole to prevent the panel mount feet from turning. In this case we recommend flattening this feature on the foot so it sits flat against the power supply case.
