Somfy special orders are currently taking 5 to 8 days for us to receive. Somfy will drop ship and it will ship to you faster, but there is a $30 drop ship fee imposed by Somfy for this service. The drop ship fee is a per order fee not a per item fee. Special Order Items receive Full Warranty Services but are Not Returnable for Refund or Exchange.
