AMS3X-4.8 Lay Flat Printable 3:1 Heat Shrink Tubing 4.8mm (3/16") - Black

The AMS lay flat printable heat shrink tubing is a military grade identification sleeve that meets Class 1/3 of AMS-DTL-23053/5 specifications. Printing on AMS heat shrink tubing with appropriate continuous feed thermal transfer printers and ribbons provides industry leading mark permanence and clarity meeting SAE-AS81521 and MIL-STD-202F/215J specifications. Comparable cross-referenced manufacturer products are Tyco® TMS, Sumitomo Sumimark® SM23/SM3-23 and Sumitube ® PB2 heat shrink tubing.

The flat heat shrink is wrapped in a single row on a 8" OD spool with 3.23" core ensuring a clean flat product throughout the spooled length. The spools have windows on the side to monitor heat shrink use. The 1.5" mounting hole can be opened up to 2.9" allowing the spool to mount to most thermal transfer printers.
